I may be a tad biased because Katie is my cousin… BUT HOLY GORGEOUS! Katie totally rocked her session, and I am so happy that her and her mom reached out to me about capturing her senior photos.

When we first made the trip to Whitefish Dunes State Park, we were rained out. We tried to wait it out but after a half hour we decided to head back home. On my way back, due to bad timing and just some reckless driving from another person, I was t-boned off the highway. Once I generally knew I was ok, the next step was to make sure my camera equipment was alright. Only one was damaged, thank goodness!

Fast forward to the next time we could get together to get these photos captured, the weather this time was absolutely beautiful and we all made it home safe afterwards! I call that a win! Katie has such a beautiful soul and was so fun during every one of my ideas for ways to capture her personality. So excited to see this woman accomplish big things!
