Ballroom at The Reserve Wedding- Mr & Mrs Kluz

I truly mean it when I say Olivia & Mike are my kind of people. I spent three hours with this amazing duo in La Crosse, WI for their engagement photos and still felt like I could spend more hours over a glass of beer chatting away. So you can only imagine my excitement for their Ballroom at The Reserve wedding day!

When it comes to wedding planning, I believe that you can have a balance. You can make sure that all the details (like the decor and colors) align with your vision and also just want to celebrate with friends and family. Planning is important, but ultimate you can let your wedding day happen how it’s going to happen. I believe that because Olivia and Mike showed me that it’s possible! They kept me in the loop with all of the details throughout the process, sharing with me what they were excited for and seeing the final outcome. Olivia and Mike worked with an incredible wedding planner to help bring their vision to life, so they could focus on having the best time with friends and family and focusing on the importance of the day: their marriage.

Olivia and Mike are honestly some of the most kind-hearted individuals I have met. It’s no surprise that they are surrounded by friends and family with the same values and hearts of gold.

The Wedding Day

The day started with hanging out with the girls at Olivia’s parents’ house. I heard everyone talk about their memories with Olivia and Mike. I got to see the bond between Olivia and her sister and her dad. Don’t even get me started on the first look with Olivia and her dad! It brought all of the tears.

From the emotional ceremony, to Olivia and Mikes amazing family who made me feel so welcomed, to the beautiful details of the custom signage, the decor, the natural aesthetics of the venue, and the energy from all of the guests, it was a day of pure happiness.

We all met at High Cliff State Park to get ready for Olivia and Mike’s first look. Let’s be honest, everyone gets excited for that! Between the first look, sharing private letters, and just enjoying being with each other before the ceremony, it was so beautiful to see this day come together. Their wedding party was such a fun group, and they were quick to help with whatever needed to be done.
